The pizza world lost a major figure this month, which is why we’re dedicating this edition of The Sauce to the late, great founder of DiFara Pizza: Dom DeMarco.
Since 1965, Dom and the DiFara Pizza have been putting out slices to crowds around the block. While neither Bob nor I have had the chance to meet him, the outpouring of grief shows his impact on the pizza world.
